Traffic noise from park view rooms was unbearable!!! Glass walls in bathrooms severely compromised privacy!!! Shower drainage issues flooded the floor!!! High parking fees felt excessive!!! Limited lounge chairs meant overcrowded pool area!!!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The cocktails were expertly crafted and enjoyed in a lovely outdoor lounge.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped for the space.

We spent 2 nights in a cozy Superior King Room with an amazing sea view, and the food was delicious with a great breakfast spread! The rooftop pool and spa treatments were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the frosted bathroom glass didn’t offer much privacy with the lights on, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 🌊

Amazing location with breathtaking views
I had a fantastic stay with stunning views from my room and enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool that offered a unique perspective of the city. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options alongside gorgeous harbor views. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I think the breakfast variety could be improved to include more seasonal options. Overall, I loved my experience and would definitely recommend it!

I checked into Ambasador and the modern decor immediately caught my eye. The room, a Superior King Room Sea View, felt stylish and clean, though a bit cramped. It had beautiful views of the water, but I felt the bathroom privacy issues could have been better addressed. The frosted glass doors didn’t provide much cover, and the light from the bathroom lit up the entire room. The rooftop pool was stunning with unmatched views, but it was closed at times for private events, which felt exclusive and disappointing. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, but the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed, and I didn’t receive the menu until my third day. The drinks at the pool bar were a bit underwhelming, especially considering the hotel’s high prices. Check-in was efficient and the staff tried their best, but it seemed like they could use more experienced leadership. Overall, some great amenities, but a little more attention to detail would elevate the experience.

The stay was a last-minute decision due to the heat, and I couldn't have been happier with the choice. The location was fantastic for exploring the old city, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The rooftop pool offered stunning views across the harbor, making it a perfect spot to relax after sightseeing. The hairdryer was surprisingly excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I did notice some minor noise from nearby traffic, but overall, it didn't detract from the great experience.

The Superior Twin Room was a bit tight but super modern. The sea view was breathtaking, especially in the morning. The room had all the 5-star hotel vibes—luxurious design, sleek finishes, and a cool in-room TV behind the mirror. Bathroom was spacious but had a unique layout that was a little odd. Overall, comfy and stylish for a short stay.

This place was a strong match for a swift stopover in Split with outstanding value for money. The sauna was great, but they ran out of towels afterwards. Bring your own towels if you plan to use the spa facilities.

The Ambasador boasts stunning modern decor with a chic ambiance that flows effortlessly throughout. The spacious areas make it easy for seniors to navigate, and the beautiful views from the terrace were simply delightful.
More seating in common areas would be nice.
